HOUSE RULES

  • Primary Renter must be 25+ years old

  • Check-in after 4:00 pm

  • Check-out before 11:00 am

  • 6 Guests maximum

  • Pets allowed upon approval with additional cleaning fee

  • No Parties or Events

  • No Smoking

  • Self Check-in with Smartlock

  • Community requires registration and $5 road fee per vehicle
