Monarch Cottage was the most beautiful and amazing cabin we have ever stayed in. Super children approved. Second floor has a whole room full of kids toys which my two girls enjoyed. At night enjoyed a glass or two of wine in front of the fire place while the children slept safely upstairs. Snow tubed nearby and warmed up in the outside fireplace (great for smores). Jessica our host was super attentive and accommodating. So happy we found this stay. Enjoyed a relaxing few days while the children had fun.
We spent the holiday weekend in Pocono paradise! This cozy chalet was the perfect home base for Camelback, Elk and Blue Mountain day trips. We loved coming home to the hot tub, a fire in the fireplace, full kitchen to prepare meals, and all the little touches that made our stay memorable. The kids loved the old-school Pac-Man arcade game, and the full selection of board games. Check in was very easy and our hosts were easy to reach with answers to our questions. We wish we could have stayed longer! Definitely recommend the trip.
Heidi’s lodge was the absolute perfect place for a weekend get together with family. Between the wonderful fire pit, beautiful community and scenery, hot tub, games, and fully equipped kitchen, we had everything we could’ve needed. The communication was timely and we would absolutely come stay again. Thank you for the best weekend!
This is a great pick! The Monarch Cottage is a few houses away from a beautiful lake and the neighborhood is quiet and serene. My children 7, 3, & 2 had so much to do and play with up in the loft! The house is modern, cozy and immaculately clean. The hosts have thought of everything and were very responsive to all my messages. Thanks so much!
We reached out to Sycamore Camp as a couple getting married with shaky honeymoon plans due to the world situation. We decided to to a last minute honeymoon in the Poconos. And it was amazing. The cabin was up a snow covered road, felt so private and intimate (yet close to so many places). The place was fantastic. Everything we could have needed was there. We were surprised to see a thoughtful wedding gesture as soon as we came through the door. Fully functional kitchen gorgeous lounging area (packed with books, record player, a gas fire place) and great outdoor space. Best of all we were able to bring our four legged family member. The hosts were super helpful and responsive each step of the way, excellent communication. Whether you plan to spend time inside relaxing or out on the slopes nearby, this spot has you covered. We enjoyed our stay so much we added an additional day. We give Sycamore Camp our highest recommendation. We cannot wait for a chance to visit again in the future
This house was perfect! We had 3 couples, each with one child. There was more than enough space and activities. The fireplace was awesome. The 2 separate living areas made time with the children and time for adults to chat amongst themselves possible. We ordered groceries from Shipt to arrive to the house when we did. Our daughter and her bff loved their ski lesson at Jack Frost. The owner was excellent with communication and check in/out was so easy!
Our stay at Jessica’s place was wonderful! The place was perfectly clean and luxurious and Jessica provided countless amenities to make our stay comfortable and convenient. Location is great and communication was effortless. Would definitely recommend!
We had an amazing stay the last two weeks of July. This is by far the most well appointed home we’ve stayed in, with one of the best locations. We had plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 children. We made use of the fire pit and hot tub, and very much enjoyed the fooz ball table and video gaming options. The host is awesome too, great communication throughout our stay!
We loved the house, the area, being there in the winter! It was so magical. The house is so cute, lots of natural light too. We lit a fire each night and enjoyed the quietness. Location is great to everything you need. Host were amazing, helped me to arrange meat and cheese board along with a Valentine’s board as a surprise for my other half. They were perfect hosts! Can’t wait to come back.
Staying at Jessica's place was incredibly cozy. She did a wonderful job of making sure time and attention were put into the things that matter when you're trying to have a comfortable getaway. I've been to plenty of Airbnbs where the couches are clearly cheap and uncomfortable but photograph well - this was not the case here: not only did everything photograph well but is also held up to my expectations of comfort.
This Chalet was everything and more for our family. We booked mainly for the hot tub and the great variety of games. But the incredible view through the ceiling high windows in the living/dining room alone kept us from wanting to leave. The attention to small details made us love every inch of this lodge. And the hosts were very welcoming. We would love to stay here again!
Kid friendly house with so much to do without even going out. The upstairs room with 4 beds and games was so cute I loved it. We had more fun with the Nintendo then our son did! Clean place, stocked kitchen, and cozy. Morning coffee on the deck was definitely my highlight. Nice area for good local hikes, not an abundance of restaurants near by tho. We had a great time and would love to go back again.
Jessica’s home was the perfect match and met expectations. I Would recommend to any person looking for that “cabin” feel. Place is absolutely stunning and located in a beautiful area. My full party of 10 people all agreed that her home was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable, showers always had hot water and every bedroom had heating units that worked perfectly fine and without loud noise. Most importantly, Host was very responsive!! Thank you so much!
This is a beautiful home and just right if you’re looking for a comfy & stylish spot for a group getaway with plenty to do on-site. Jessica was so welcoming and communicative, and has truly thought of everything. The listing was exactly as shown, complete with the grill fueled up and the hot tub ready to go on arrival. I’ve stayed in Airbnbs where the kitchen supplies felt like an afterthought, but this kitchen has abundant knives, cutting boards, pans, plastic wrap and aluminum foil, tupperware, etc. We didn’t have any kids in tow, but this would be SUCH a fun place to stay with kids—the yard and woods are secluded and safe, and the house itself has lots of children’s books, games, kid-friendly dishware, and so on. Our group spent most of our stay on site and had a total blast. Highly, highly recommend! (A pro tip for the area: if you know how to drive a boat, Beltzville State Park has reasonably priced pontoon rentals and it’s a great way to spend a summer afternoon!)
Incredible place, exactly as described and even more. We spent a few nights when everything around was snowy - it was amazing to use the hot tub with these surroundings. House is spacious, we could work remotely without any problem (WiFi was great!). Jessica and team were extremely helpful and responsive to anything we wanted. Thanks!
